Jane Fox

I began my VA Service as ‘Jane Your Virtual PA’ in 2021.  With over 25 years’ experience in secretarial and accounts roles in the legal sector, and then 10 years’ administration experience in the construction industry, admin and organisation is what I do best and enjoy. 

Having also gained a degree in psychology and counselling with first class honours, I find working with Psychology Private Practices and individual Clinical Psychologists to be my favourite and most popular field of work and have been lucky enough to build a substantial client base in this field.  I have also now been lucky enough to find and carefully select like-minded, experienced, reliable and skilled team members to join Pennine VA, allowing us to take on new clients and ensuring our clients are taken care of 52 weeks of the year if required.  To ensure the quality of service remains at the highest level, I provide team members with thorough training in any new task and for any new client, and I oversee each of our clients to ensure their needs are fully met.  

Jo

Jo joined the team in early 2023.  Having over 30 years’ experience initially as a revenue accounts administrator and revenue managers’ assistant for an airline company, and later as a pensions administrator working in payroll, fund accounts and treasury, Jo is something of an invoicing guru and spreadsheet wizard!  Her attention to detail, organisation skills and accuracy are a great addition and perfect match for our team.  Jo also enjoys being a part of our call back service which allows her to put her people skills and communication skills to great use.

Maddy 

Maddy joined us in the spring of 2024 and has enjoyed learning new skills as well as transferring her previous skills to different settings.  Since graduating in 2018 with a degree in Fashion Design and Fashion Communication, Maddy has completed courses in digital marketing, and has worked as an event curator, social media manager and content creator as well as gaining experience in reception, customer service and administrative duties.  These skills make Maddy an invaluable addition to our team.
